Right now the market is strong and is a Seller’s market due to low inventory around the valley.  So that’s good for Sellers but Buyers have good new too – mortgage interest rates are still low!  The Feds are waiting to see how things shake out in Washington DC.  The economy is strong and growing and new home construction is racing ahead. So, no matter what your situation is, now is the time to act.

Please note, on the statistics below you will see “To Be Built” and “Under Construction.”  These listings are either for homes that don’t exist yet or ones that are in various stages of construction.  You will also see the that the ratio of these homes vs. the ones that are ready to move in to, are relatively high so keep that in consideration because it effects that amount of time from purchase to move-in.
